As someone who grew up in New England and ate my weight in lobster, don't go above 2 pounds. 1.5-2 is ideal. The meat will be tastier.

How do the lobster tails comes from this guy? Do they come frozen? Asking because I am curious to know if I need to schedule delivery for the same day I want to cook them or if I could order them one day before?
