Went to Chicago last month and had the deep dish for the first time from Ginos East. Where can I find something like that here?

Midway may be your best option in Nola. I don’t think there’s any other options.

Rotolos does a decent deep dish. It’s not gonna be ginos but still not bad. I don’t know if they even do pizza anymore but I got a deep dish one time from bjs brew house by the mall and it was surprisingly really good.

I think the Rotolos Craft and Crust on Burbank does one that’s at least as good as Gino’s

This is the correct answer

That's Amore

They do NY and Chicago style, but the Chicago is 1000% better.

Absolutely. We have ordered from the Mandeville location a few times. The NY style is extremely forgettable. The deep dish was pretty good I thought. Not as good a real stuff from Chicago, but good enough.

That’s Amoree in Metry.

I’ll say this, The smallest size it not great because the crust to everything else tips to an unsatisfactory ratio. Medium and up is good though.

Rotolo's Craft & Crust in BR has one, but I wouldn't waste my time going there.

The only thing good about that place is the beer selection.

We call ahead before we go because it’s a 45-minute pizza. That way it’s ready with everyone else’s stuff.

I thought I was the only person in BR that didnt like it. The curled up pepperonis filled with grease may be some kind of trend but it's terrible to me

picked up a 14" from the Mandeville location yesterday and it was a nice piece of pie...like yall said doesnt quite get to the Gino's one, but still very tasty. We did a takeout as we were trying to get to the Sparks in the Park event at Bogue Falaya Park in Covington, next time we will try eating there.

Going for a Chicago tomorrow. It says 45 minutes to prepare, I’ll bring a towel for my drool during anticipation

Ok so it was awesome. Didn’t need the tasty small Caesar salad while I waited for my friend. Called it in around 12 for a 2:00 lunch. Got the meat lovers with some added spinach and whole clove garlic. 2 “slices” knocked me out. The owner was super cool and came over and served the first piece while I filmed the 2 foot cheese string of goodness. I highly recommend
