Where can I find a Buffalo fried chicken sandwich like this in NOLA?

Must hit all three criteria:
-Local place, not a chain (I know I could get pretty close to this at bdubs or hooters)
-hot buffalo sauce (blue oak’s is good but that ain’t Buffalo)
-homemade ranch or bleu cheese

Bayou Hot Wings has a fried chicken breast sandwich, and you can get whatever sauce you want. They serve a bleu cheese burger, so I’m sure they’ll put bleu cheese on your fried chicken sandwich.
Station 6 has one that comes pretty close: spicy, with pickles and blue cheese sauce.

Yep daddy hot bird and southerns is great but they’re both Nashville hot right?

It is! But I would love to find that at a local place with a house-made Buffalo sauce and ranch/bleu cheese.

Correct.
I think Walk On's does a decent buffalo sandwich. I can't remember if the one from Juniors on Harrison is a buffalo or not - I don't think it is. Not many options for buffalo in NOLA.
