I'm in Dallas so it is all over. Most mexcians/ hispanics use this sauce.

Seriously though. This stuff is great. I don't know if yall can find it anywhere in LA, though. Maybe you can at Whole Foods or another specialty store.

And I like Crystal for red beans or gumbo.

Crystal by a mile. I use hot sauce for flavor, not for "hot."

I'm making test batch of my own brand in 2 weeks at the LSU Incubator. Hopefully have it in stores in the next month or so.

I like to think I am a hot sauce connoisseur and I have stuck with this stuff the longest. It is seriously good and pairs well with just about everything. Will have to order it online.

Depends on the dish.

Mexican or breakfast: cholula or Tabasco chipotle
Asian: sriracha
Everything else: Louisiana
