What's the one national chain you wish your city/town had?

For me, it's a no brainer. Waffle House.
I know they are usually filthy shitholes filled with degenerates, but my god I'd kill for an All Star Special after a long night of drinking.

I agree it would do well. But imo In-n-Out is extremely overrated. Give me shake shack any day of the week.

The thing about waffle house I like is they make your food right there in front of you. Cracking fresh eggs, throwing fresh bacon on.
