I'm not tailgating, just sitting at home watching football all damn day, can't wait. I will be getting started tomorrow around 10 a.m. cooking, will prep tonight though. My menu will consist of:

Fried shrimp
French fries
hush puppies
fried wings (naked)
fried stuffed crabs

Any craft beer suggestions?

Gonna throw a pork butt on at about midnight or so. Just got the rub on it. Have some slaw, mac and cheese, and maybes some onion rigns with it. I got a shitload of beers to sample, strictly for research purposes.

I woke up with an epiphany wanting to do a redfish couvillon and fried shrimp this evening. I will inform the boss when she wakes up that we are having redfish couvillon and fried shrimp this evening.

Put a couple of pork butts on around 7:30. Hopefully they'll be ready close to game time. Going to also grill some wings
