What's in your kids' lunchboxes?

Cracks me up googling for stuff like this...
Avocado slices, boiled eggs, carrot sticks and an organic apple juice. LOL.
I'm making a shopping list since school starts next week, and we pretty much have chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, ramen noodles, hot dogs, bagel bites, etc... shiat the kids will actually eat. I keep a stash of lunchables for those mornings where I don't want to do shiat.
We asked the kids what they wanted, and I think they'd eat pasta or pizza every day of the week. Got any ideas for stuff that actual kids will actually eat and not throw away or bring home?

My 8 year old gets this everyday
- cheese stick wrapped with turkey or turkey sandwich
- carrots
- apple or orange or pear slices
things we mix up
- almonds or cashews
- blueberries or raspberries
- yogurt raisins
- granola bites
- boiled eggs
- cauliflower
I guess we just go lucky because our daughter eats pretty well. Our 2 year old might be more difficult though.

My daughter is 4 and eats like OP's kid. My son is one and will eat anything put in front of him. We did baby led weening for him, and it seems to have made a huge difference. Wish we had known about it for the first go round.

Our 8 year old will eat raw kale straight from the garden

I would think those would be mush by lunch time.
I do mixed together PB&J or bologna sandwich (wheat bread doesn't get soggy)
Pretzels
Oreo cookies
Baby carrots
Sliced cucumbers

Apparently not, they request it. But, at least 2 of them have to eat lunch at 10 or 10:30am. We have to include a snack, these kids are famished after midday.

My 4 year old will eat almost anything and will try anything we put in front of him...my 2 year old requires the breading to be removed before he will touch a chicken nugget, he pretty much lives on a diet of nuts, fruit, yogurt and cheese, also bacon.

My son takes one every day. I know he will eat that, and when we used to take the time to make him a sandwich and pack some sides, half of it would come back home in his lunchbox. My daughter is older and will eat school lunch about half the time, and if it is something she doesn't like, she fixes her own lunch.

I am closer to the google results. I generally feed my kids fruit, meat, and veggies.
Lots of berries, oranges, apples, bananas, carrots or cucumbers (with hummus), edamame, olives, broccoli, salad, greek yogurt, peanut butter, cheese, chicken, tuna, steak.
We have always been pretty strict about what we feed them, generally what we eat for the most part. Two of ours eat great with no issues now. One is picky and will always ask for a frozen PBJ or pizza, but she has learned for the most part what we pack her is better than being hungry.

My 45 pound 9 year old eats a full size peanut butter and nutella sandwich every day and loves it, and obviously he needs the calories.
The 11 year old boy wants cafeteria every day because he is too lazy to make his lunch.
