I'm planning a few dinners in the next few weeks and I'm trying to get through my list. So far I am planning:

Saffron
Zasu
and maybe a visit to Gabrielle
and a casual meal at Cowbell.

Any other suggestions for relatively new really good places (not in FQ)? Price of no concern.

Thanks board.

Id say it is above average. Haven't had a bad meal there yet.

Don't go in expecting to be wow'd. Not that type of place. Kind of like how Willa Jean or Borgne doesn't exactly wow, just is really good.

Heading to Saba, Elysian, and Bywater Bistro Saturday. Saba and Bywater are outstanding, Elysian looks legit for cocktails - will report back, baws.

That Justine space may be the nicest in the city. Menu is kinda dime a dozen for Nola though and the execution was underwhelming when I went a few weeks ago. May have to use the Tom Fitz rule of thumb and give it another month or two
