I have some chili in the dutch right now on low

In the oven, in our LeCreuset, at 350 degrees, I have a big chuck roast, dredged with flour with, garlic, black pepper, a bay leaf, beef bullion broth, mushrooms, mirepoix and béchamel. At about 11:45 I will add carrots and potatoes to it. Should be fall apart tender with nice gravy and veggies suitably cooked at 12:30 or so.

I have a rump roast in the oven for RB poboys after seeing your post the other day. I also have some homemade French bread in the oven. It's smelling good I here.

BBQ nachos. Smoked pulled pork, cheese dip, shredded white cheese, bbq sauce, jalapenos and quacamole. Damn straight it was good.

First gumbo of the season was made tonight. First gumbo in my house since it flooded (4 ft) and was restored. It. Was. Awesome.
