My new (used) Blackstone 36” 4-burner.

Thank you LSUsmartass for the sale!!!

I just need to get the griddle seasoned again. There are no pits.

I wanna fire it up tonight. What should I make, fajitas?

I'll be honest, one of my most anticipated nights is my annual re-seasoning of my griddle

sit on the backporch, turn on music, drink some beers, and burn some oil

I don't know why, but I look forward to it every year

My life is sad

Told the wife we needed one of these for the screened porch we are building. She wanted to just put a table out there and plug in our little countertop electric griddle. She complains when I cook burgers inside in cast iron about the smell. She complains about the lingering all day smell of bacon when I cook it, even in the oven. Seems like this solves that problem of firing up the grill just to do burgers, and keeping the smell out of the kitchen. That 28 inch version or the 22 inch version with a hood would be perfect.

I have mine on our screened porch. I love it. I use it all the time.

If you have the space, get the 36". You probably won't always need to the space, but when you do, you will be glad to have it.

Cooktop looks like it needs some work on it before seasoning. It should be black, not rust colored.

Still, a little elbow grease and it will be looking great.

Mine never looks like that. I always have a coat of oil on it.

That's the issue. Trying to get a space to eat out there, room for seating and a TV, and throwing a large cooking device might not work. I could tuck this away against a wall right under the window to the kitchen and it would be perfect size.

It’s not rust (rust color), it’s just stained. I did buy a griddle brick today, did some cleaning and seasoning.

If you have an orbital sander & 120 grit paper, your shoulders & elbows will thank you...
