you go from asking what restaurant you should go work at because you cant get a job to wanting to open up an aquatic themed restaurant by yourself

this website is really getting littered with some either bad trolls or just straight up useless people

I went to Anything Goes in New Orleans when I was a youngster. Such fun! I would go back today if it existed. I wouldn't try to open a themed restaurant, though. Way too risky.

Here's an article on AG along with comments from folks who ate there and/or worked there.

The place was fun, but the food was also very good.

As fun as it was, it's not a place I'd go to repeatedly.

Great memories. I made my parents take us there three times while it was open. I had my birthday party there with a group of friends as well. It was a great time for a kid. My biggest memory was being waited on one time by a guy dressed in a penguin suit. When he approached the table my father informed him that his pecker was hanging out.

I wish Cochon would have opened in Baton Rouge instead of Lafayette. If it had opened in BR, I think it would still be open. So, I'd like to do a Cochon.

Not sure if this fits, but if I had the money I would start a distillery making sweet potato Soju and open an attached restaurant (called Banchan) that served Asian bar food and small plates.

Go look up the users "BeigeRanger" and "pjnewt" on Reddit. It's the same guy, and frankly is pretty frightening.
