How does "Table" or even Table, Kitchen and Bar tell you the restaurant is farm to table? Where are you getting that? The answer is that you already knew that it's a farm to table restaurant. No way to get that from the name and especially not with just "Table". No possible way.
I'm not saying a restaurant has to convey it's cuisine in the name, but to suggest that the name of this restaurant does is wrong. It doesn't.
Call it The Farm to Table Restaurant and Bar. Then folks can say "I'm going to The Farm".

Oh, geez, it's not an issue. I don't care what the owner names his restaurant. It's a discussion on a slow day most of us are hoping will end soon, so the game will start soon.
It's a stupid name, though.
And, it's too long. It's interesting that you're tired of the one word names, but you keep calling the poor place "Table" which is really bad. Wonder if the owner thought of that when he selected the name.

You need to get your ears clean or maybe it's your accent. That does sound "gristle". It's pronounced "gree's" or "gri" for the singular. Have you been saying gris like priss? Tell me you haven't.

Just don't use an apostrophe or any word that a dumbass might think has an apostrophe in it.
I often edit ads and such that have references to restaurants. Any with an apostrophe get flicked up more times than not.
