What was the name of the old chicken sandwich drive-thru in Drusilla shopping center?

Fast Track was owned by Dr. Hill.

Also there was a Bonaparte’s Fried Chicken as mentioned above and then it was a Danny’s Fried Chicken.

There was a Dairy Queen there also.

And I had a great fried catfish po-boy at Rocco’s the other day.

He modeled Fast Track after Rally’s/Checkers. He expanded it fast and I guess just got too big too fast. They were good burgers.

And they opened a Checkers on Florida Street next to the old Borden’s Dairy. By Ducote’s Restaurant Supply. Had a line down the block the other day.

I think by the time Fast Track’s popularity started to slow down, Todd Graves came in and saved the day for Dr Hill.

Didn’t the Fast Track become a Bailey’s (Cane’s ripoff)? That happened at Lee/Highland

Think it was pretty mutually beneficial. Todd needed fast casual real estate and Doc was moving on to bigger and better real estate ventures.

The owner went overseas or something? Seems like that was the story.
