What to do with leftover smoked pork tenderloin

We smoked a tenderloin with hickory yesterday and still have about half of one left. Any ideas on how to use the leftovers?

Slice it thin and make Cuban sandwiches with it. Also any smoked pork on a grilled cheese with fruit preserves and Brie is amazing

I've used leftover pork tenderloin in a Thai curry, but I'm not sure if smoked pork tenderloin would work.

Cut into medallions, reheat in a demi-glace and serve with herbed mashed potatoes.

I've never had any leftover tenderloin.
I assumed it was pork loin.

I can only assume that these are day 3 leftovers because day 2 leftovers are for sandwiches
