This is a very good vinegar sauce

I really like the Heinz Pitmaster series of sauces. Mostly the Carolina Tangy.

Nice word usage. I had to look it up.

Stubb’s Sticky Sweet is what I use for ribs. Really enjoy it. No high fructose corn syrup like Sweet Baby Ray’s either.

What I always used to do was grab a bottle of Stubb's Spicy and a bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's, then mix them both together 50/50. Perfect sweet & spicy BBQ sauce.
Lately I have been more about trying smaller batch stuff, especially local products.

Jack Miller's probably has its origins in German sauces. At its base are mustard and onions.
I can confirm that homemade BBQ sauces in places like Gott’s Cove, Robert’s Cove and Iota are definitely heavy on the onion. Some mustard, but not as much as Jack Miller’s. I love Miller’s for burgers and chicken, but the sauces from the coves are too sweet for me without enough tang. Not very appealing for me.

The Sticky Fingers Carolina Classic is my favorite right now. I like more vinegar-based sauces vs. the sweeter ones.

I recently found Big Mike's Sweet Heat. It's been my go to here of late. I think they're out of Houma maybe?

Sticky Fingers is good, and been around a long time.
That Texas style one at HEB is good as well.

It’s a Chattanooga restaurant, didn’t think they produced the sauce that far from here for very long.
It’s a decent sauce.
For sweet sauce, I really like Famous Dave’s, goes great with some sweet potato fries.

It's a chain that started in Charleston. Piggly Wiggly has sold their sauce for quite a while.

There is only one BBQ sauce.

If..and it's a big if, I use any tomato based sauce on BBQed meats it's a sugar and HFCS free one called G. Hughes Sugar Free. Nice flavor with just a hint of sweetness from sucralose. I much prefer my meat "dry" or with a proprietary vinegar based sauce.
