a nice MLT, a mutton, lettuce and tomato sandwich, where the mutton is nice and lean and the tomato is ripe. They're so perky, I love that.

Grilled flounder/mahi poboy with lettuce, tomato, mayo and fresh pico de gallo.

Think about it. Both are a salty ingredient, but on the opposite end of the texture scale. it works, trust me, make one.
