I eat Broccoli all the time, but I probably like brussels sprouts more if that make sense.

Broccoli is much easier to cook to me

We went through a season of stir fry maybe thirty years back and bought a ton of Bok Choy. Always loved the way it stir fried and how well it worked in egg rolls.

We were on the strip in Pittsburgh last year and found tiny Bok Choy heads in an Asian Market there. They were tasty stir fried in some oil with pork, carrots, sesame seed and shallots.

Really strange to think all of these are really only 1 species. These variations are all like the different breeds of dogs.

Partial list:

Cabbage
Savoy cabbage
Red cabbage
Collard greens
Kale
Brussels sprout
Kohlrabi
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Broccolini

Cauliflower all the way. Love it raw or cooked, doesn't matter.

It's a tie between broccolo romanesco (the weird, pointy cubist-looking version of cauliflower) and broccoli rabe.
