Tomahawk ribeyes.

What's the point of having 8 inches of bone with no meat on it. But your paying for something you can't eat.

i would understand if they split the bone and you could eat the marrow.

I'm with the consensus here....

Bacon on any and everything
Sriracha
And the IPA craze

There's also nothing wrong with water. I'm not sure I understand your point in this context

why is everything an IPA?

Because, regardless of trends, they're tasty and satisfying.

I really don't like cutesy or gimmicky items used in lieu of plates. I don't want a cone of frites in a tin can, or a parfait in a mason jar, or runny things served on cutting boards, slates, etc. Give me a damn plate. And I'm not the only one, there's a whole website: We Want Plates. LINK

To me, IPA's taste like bitter lawn clippings. If I were a quarterhorse, it'd likely be my beer of choice, but I'm a human and I don't want my beer to taste like what flies off my weedwacker.

So much fail here. Those beers are not good.

Back on topic, I will go with pork belly and short rib, but I think they are on the downside.

I will also agree with the IPA trend. whent to a Virginia last month. had a beer store where you could build a 6 pack. we tried 18 different IPA'S. Bought a case of keystones to play beer pong with.

We dumped 18 IPA'S down the drain. How people drink it is beyond me.

Budweiser and Miller have nothing to worry about in terms of market share.

And we were extremely grateful to have keystone.

You ever think maybe you just don't like IPAs?

I don't like mayo, but I'm not trying to look down my nose at this crazy mayo trend.

Eta
Although aioli is a little out of hand.

The short rib flatbread at Blend downtown is one of my favorite "to share" dishes in town right now. Stop wishing ill on short rib

I think the worst food trend is long-running - anything fast food (except Chick Fil A) - and all things loaded with sickening cheesy toppings and bacon at chain food troughs.

Definitely. I think it's something that is too easily duplicated at home by even the most novice cooks
