It's Mormon shite. Been in Utah for a long time. I think they just opened up some places in Louisiana.

It's soda with fruit purees and other shite you can mix in. Never had it, but there's one on every corner here.

Yep, they can't have coffee, so they fill that hole with dirty soda.

Hardly anywhere has the freestyle machines anymore and a couple of places that do are so flat they are undrinkable. I miss them.

I'd pay to have one in my house

My friend is partners with the group that owns the 7brews in Dallas, Atlanta, parts of Ohio and Washington state. 70 current operating and 80 more over the next year. Swig and 7B have very similar models. Modular build on outparcel space, with an average check at $8. Average stand revenue $2.5M/yr, some doing $5M. They both target students, white suburban Moms. I tell my friend "That sugary, sweet, flavored coffee for $6 can't compete with my home brewed black cup of CC dark roast for 40 cents". His reply, "great cause old white guys are not our market". You will notice they build by Targets, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's in white suburban middle/upper communities. Similar to Starbucks.

Solid margins, Very profitable.

Yep, very similar to 7Brew. That drive-thru model is genius, and it's crazy that it's taken off. Slim Chickens (7Brew and Slim Chickens are both headquartered in Northwest Arkansas) is moving their franchise to a similar drivethru model. Reduces SO much overhead to not have to staff a lobby and dine-in area.

If you want entertainment, check out the 7Brew fan page on Facebook where people talk about their creations. These things are like 1000 calories per drink. Here's an example:
"THIS IS IT!!! This is THE ONE!!! ????? Vanilla ?? and cupcake ?? blended to sweet, creamy perfection ???? topped with cozy cinnamon sprinkles ??? finished with buttery caramel drizzle ???? and fluffy whipped cream ???? Sweet, smooth, creamy, and SO unbelievably dreamy!!! ???? Every sip = bakery dessert heaven in a cup ??? Smooth, rich, and literally a 10/10 every single time ????"

It's a coffee shop for people who don't actually like coffee. Dutch Bros. and Scooter's are similar but a LITTLE bit more coffee focused.

Their social media presence on high school, college students and their moms is impressive. The experience is like an Apple Store with popular music. Young attractive folks smiling and taking orders , staff gets to pick the music they play for all to hear and are generally happy, unlike most other quick service spots.

I realized I might be the reverse Mormon.

I don’t drink soda ever, but do drink alcohol, coffee, and tea. So this place isn’t for me
