I voted Ratatouille but Julie and Julia is a close second; Chocolat is #3, and I haven't seen the others.

If you haven't seen 'Sideways' I highly recommend it. I'm not a big fa of comedies but I love it.

Big Night
I saw a sneak peak of the new Jon Favreau film, Chef. It was really good! Great soundtrack too.
Also, if you want to see Chef, I recommend NOT watching the trailer. I think it's one of those trailers that shows way too much of the movie. When I went see the movie, I didn't know much about it, and hadn't seen the trailer. It was best that way.

Never heard of Ratatouille.
Otherwise, Tampopo is by far the best film among those choices. An exquisitely daffy faux-Samurai/gunfighter epic reimagined as the story of opening a ramen shop, complete with the mysterious, mystic sage who cryptically counsels Tampopo in the ways of ramen-slinging. So imaginative, so charming, so funny.

“Big Night”
“Eat Drink Man Woman”
“Babette’s Feast
“Jiro Dreams of Sushi”
These are the truest "foodie" films to me out of the OP's list. Liked them all.
I also truly recommend "Dinner Rush" with Danny Aiello, John Corbett, Polly Draper, and others. It's about a family restaurant with a son and chef who's a rising star. Also about family and mobsters. But it's in love with the industry and shows back of the house and front of the house at full tilt on a single night. Worth it.

I think Tortilla Soup was a pretty good food movie.

Not really foodie but more oenophile, but "Somm" was great.

Haven't seen this mentioned
It's sort of a comic version of Agatha Christie mysteries (Murder On The Orient Express)
That film's rotund star, Robert Morley, also appeared on Alfred Hitchcock Presents in "Specialty Of The House", from Stanley Ellin's classic short story about a gourmet food critic who becomes obsessed with the world's most delicious dish.
Oops... I was going to link to the episode on YouTube, but it seems almost all the Alfred Hitchcock Presents episodes have been taken down.
Nvm. Sorry I mentioned it.

I was actually coming here to mention "Somm". Great documentary if you are a wine fan.

I really liked that wine movie about nappa. I think it was called Bottle Shock.
Not a foodie movie but about wine.

i'd go with 'babette's feast' or 'big night' ...
one film not mentioned that ya'll might want to check out is 'dinner rush' ... bit of a mafia movie that takes place during one evening in an italian restaurant ... danny aiello is in it ...
