I have 1 of these coming over. I just cook 1 piece of salmon for her. She eats the sides like everyone else.

not all of them. She doesn't eat those. Fish, mashers with no gravy, and baked mac is what will be on her plate.

Yep, it makes my life easier. Shrimp tacos are my go to when she pops in now and then. Easy and excellent.
