I like Tony Accordo's seasoning blend from the BR farmer's market and I like to mix it with Ha' the Cajun Lady Accent's "Creole Zydeco".

Cajun Land has a really good cajun seasoning. Ive alway used their crab boil seasoning and tried this and never went back to tonys or slap ya mama.

Somewhat off topic, but does anyone know the name of the herb that provides the distinctive flavor to Paul Prudhomme's Seafood Magic?

I can smell and taste it, but I cannot seem to put a name to it.

NuNu's

My go-to for land animal dishes. Though I have been using Meat Church for long smoked stuff.

But a land animal gumbo, fricassee, rice & gravy...Nunu's is my #1. I like it on pizza too.

I like Meat Church Voodoo as an all purpose spice blend. It leans more jalapeno than cayenne, which makes it a bit unique.

I don't have a bottle handy but I'm almost certain it's tarragon.

Yep. NuNu's and Art's Freedom Fry Seasoning from Targil out of Opelousas are my two tops right now. I also use Dam Good Seasoning from Pierre Part alot as a great base to either one of the above.
