Mother’s is school grade cafeteria food, sure.

PoC is a giant burger and baked potato. How much better could it have been 30 yrs ago? Serious question. It’s not the world’s best burger but it achieves what it’s supposed to be.

admittedly i havent been there since jerry died, but back in the 90's i ate there at least once a week, it was always good. debris poboy and a plate of jambalaya

Its always been a little on the trap side, but since Katrina its full blown tourist trap. Its one of the worst busy restaurants in the city.

Locals laugh their asses off when they see the line

i’ve never had a bad meal at Peche.

it’s probably my number 1 recommended restaurant in NOLA

I enjoy Commanders.
I love Steins if we’re talking just places that sell food.

Man, I'm going to have to try Clancy’s and Peche.

I've been traveling a lot to New Orleans for work recently, and my three favorite meals were at August, Irene’s, and Cochon.

They used to actually put some pride and care in what they did, and it was somewhat reasonably priced.

Now it doesn't appear any of that holds true.
