You have me somewhat curious what a peach flovored mint julip would taste like. Do you still use the simple syrup? Same amount of mint? For some reason it does not sound like my cup of tea but I have been wrong before. Will investigate.

I would also just like to point out that Pappy is the most overrated liquor I have ever had and, while I enjoy it, I have no clue why everyone thinks it is such a big deal.

Have a bottle of John Watling's Rum that I got in the Bahamas a few months ago...can only get there. Damn good.
Also George Dickel Barrel Select and Four Roses Barrel Select....tough to go wrong with those.
