All ideas are welcome. I volunteered to cook for 6 people (dudes) without an idea of what to do. First sports related thing in a long time and Im getting antsy. I wouldnt normally ask 3 days in advance of what to cook for a draft, but here I am...

Burgers and brauts seem logical, maybe even throw some wings on the charcoal

Sort of depends on your interest level in the draft and how much you like these people

9.5/10. I religiously watch rounds 1-3 every year. Every single pick. Usually keep up on my phone for the last 4 rounds.

coworkers and close friends that all love sports. It will be a poor man’s national championship vibe.

Thanks for the insight.

You damn well know there arent many women in the world who would sit through a virtual NFL draft for 2-3 hours.

fair enough. Pulled pork is a good idea. Maybe some pulled pork nachos if not sandwiches.

Being a Bills fan, I always make wings. Probably wait till Friday night since we don’t have a first round pick this year.

You can't go wrong with some BBQ, jambalaya, maybe some potato salad or coleslaw to go with it all.

You don't want to make it too much a formal affair with a sit-down type bunch of food. This is the time for paper plates and plastic forks to sit around the TV watching the goings on.

Oh, and lots of cold beer and stronger stuff if warranted----and it usually is.

Have fun.

Do a “build your own nachos” station. Pulled pork, chili, toppings, etc. You can get a big thing of nacho cheese from Sam’s and keep it warm in a crockpot.

Tradition to always get Chinese food on day 1 of the draft.

Also, the virus will break a very long tradition for my friends and I. This would have been the 15th year in a row we all had gotten together to watch the draft, talk football, and catch-up.
