I've got a honey-glazed ham working.
Will serve with pork dressing, broccoli-rice casserole, roux peas and rolls.
There's only 2 of us so it's entirely too much food, but Thanksgiving leftovers are the best leftovers!

Since it's just Mom and me...
Just finished making cornbread to go into the stuffing mix (we always do a biscuit and cornbread stuffing crumbled mix with seasonings) and am gonna wood grill some chicken breasts (not charcoal grilled, actual wood grilled so the faster cooking but still smoke flavor) and instead of actual green bean and onion ring casserole just mushroom soup/green beans/cheddar and some onion on the stovetop for essentially same flavor profile but faster, easier, with less crunch.
Essentially the same but easier fowl and fixin's as the traditional turkey dinner.
