I'm trying to add more fermented foods into my diet and picked up a jar of kimchi the other day
Any suggestions on how to use it?

i like to add them in cabbage, baby bok choy, and leafy greens like that
or just eat it straight out the jar

Have you tried any kimchi soups?

Use it instead of sauerkraut on a Ruben, topping for pulled pork.

Kimchi fried rice w/ thia chili roasted Brussels sprouts. I add some baked shrimps but you could also add pork or chicken.

I've never gotten past the jar and chopsticks.

I've never tried it like that. Always used it as a condiment of some sort. I'll give your recommendation a try in a minute and determine how much I like you

Mix it up with some ground pork and make burgers out of it

I eat it with boudin. I once said on here that I might be the only person on earth to ever eat that combo, but someone posted that they do the same.

Mixed in fried rice is awesome. Just be sure to open it in the garage and then walk it inside.
