Sausage dogs at the camp from Duckroost Meats in Sorrento LA. Venison green onion sausage. Really good with some Inglehoffer mustard and sauerkraut.

It's 47 and rainy here...I decided to make something to warm our guts, so we had
Creamy Tortellini Minestrone!
I threw together a tomato broth with diced tomatoes, onions, celery, diced carrots, garlic, chicken stock and some spices. I also added some balsamic vinegar for a little bit of richness.
Simmered it for several hours before adding more carrots (sliced), green beans, kidney beans, and sliced zucchini. I boiled some three cheese tortellini in the broth, then tossed in some baby spinach. A little half & half to make it creamy, and then some shredded parmesan on top!
Perfect for a cold evening, and chock full of veggies.
Vodka waters to wash it down.

Kimchi and labneh marinated and fried chicken. Wedge salad with heirloom tomatoes and bacon. Both with lots of homemade kimchi ranch.
