We took a long walk today and found ourselves downtown, so we decided to head to Chinatown (we live very, VERY far away, by foot).
We did Dim Sum at around 3 and are still so full, but it was delicious and so cheap, even with cocktails.
Gorgeous weather, got to explore parts of the city we never saw before, walked about 10 miles total.
Just finished off some olive tapenade hummus & pita chips as a late night snack, but since I can't really feel my legs, I'll probably have a vodka water and then crawl to my bed.

Stuck traveling next 8 days...but fortunately in a residence inn with a stove.
Brought some speckled trout from the freezer, and had black beans/rice with the fish...
Box Red Wine.

Lemongrass pork spring roll from Em Trai and lamb vindaloo rice bowl from Tava at Auction House. The CBD is crazy busy tonight. It's nice to see.

Thanks, but I used spaghetti noodles because I didn’t want another grocery store run. Still good!

What city is this?
Boston! We actually live just north of the city in the Cambridge/Somerville area, but crossing the river is easy by train and only slightly more challenging by foot.
A LOT of our area is still shut down, actually, but more and more restaurants are opening up. My dude's been wanting Dim Sum so when we got within a reasonable distance of Chinatown, we made it a mission to find an open spot.

A friend recommended Hei La Moon for dim sum last time I was in Boston, but we went with another of his recs. Is that a place you know?

I've never eaten there, but I'm familiar with it. Supposed to be some of the best Dim Sum around, although I think it's a little pricier. I wanted to try it out, but it appears as though they are not yet doing dine-in...also, we were pretty late so instead we ended up at a place that we've been to that we know does it all day (and their cocktails are super strong).
I hope you try it next time you're in town so you can let me know how it is, in case you beat me to it! Also, if you like hot pot, there are so many AMAZING hot pot restaurants in Chinatown. We almost did that instead.

Looks great. Did a double take on that second pic before realizing it actually was a baby’s arm.
