Wife normally makes a roast a chuck. I had a 1/3 of a venison tenderloin in the freezer we needed to cook, so tryin it tonite w mashed cauliflower and roasted green beans

recovering. bad headaches, both eyes swollen, so some vision issues but otherwise doing okay. Set to go back to the clinic for more MRI and pathology follow-up reports next week. Hope to set the next stages of treatment then.

Made a pressed panini wrap sort of deal stuffed with roasted chicken thigh, broccoli, and Laughing Cow garlic and herb cheese.

Side of kraft Mac and cheese with the remainder of the chicken thighs mixed in, plus Franks buffalo sauce.

I'm going give the redfish hell in Lake Boudreaux tomorrow, hopefully I'll be having the same for Supper tomorrow night.

Rouses had the russets on sale for $1 a bag. We had shrimp and crawfish twice baked potatoes tonight
