Looks delicious.

Have some Teet's sausage in the freezer. Made gumbo with their andouille yesterday. Incredible.

And, damn, yall eat early.

Smoked chicken, broccoli salad, black beans and spinach

Had a single ribeye in the freezer, seasoned it with bar b q rub and threw it on the smoker till 145, damn it was good, not my typical seared mid rare with salt and pepper, but would do it again

Sous vide with some thyme for 2 hours at 131 degrees

Seared them on a hot skillet for 2 to 3 minutes(one was less thick) flipping every 30 seconds or so
