I made a mini-charcuterie plate.

Triple-cream brie w/mushroom, gruyere, prosciutto, water crackers, cornichons, marinated mushrooms.

I had never seen that particular brie before so I HAD to give it a shot. It's super earthy and delicious.

Cabernet to wash it all down.
