We just had a new bbq restaurant based out of Alabama called “Full Moon BBQ” open up here in Madison last week. The wife is gonna pick some ribs, chicken, and sides on her way home from work. For a town to be as big Jackson and the surrounding areas, most of our bbq is pretty crappy, so I’m welcoming another option. I’ll report back after we eat if I have time. If any of you have had it before, I’d love to know your thoughts.

Go get some E&L. You might get shot driving there, but it's worth it.

Steak taco or burrito or some such. With homemade pico and guacamole. The marinade for the steak added lots of flavor.
