Getting heated up for some NY Strips and boudin from Mr Ts. I’ve got the potatoes primed and ready to go in the kitchen for crash hot potatoes also. Hopefully, I’ll remember to post actual food pics later.

I tried Montreal steak seasoning tonight. It was ok. I am going to switch back to hardcore carnivore black from here on out.

Still no lights or water but I piggy backed some water home to boil peanuts. The picture of the nuts was before I added seasoning. Was gonna take the night off after boiling peanuts today. Sporadic power outages and miscellaneous other things forced me to cook! :)
