I tried to get creative with things I had on hand, so I decided on a gyro flatbread. I had frozen gyro meat from Costco and some Cut Da Carb flatbread. Once I realized I didn’t have mozzarella, I should’ve switched gears, but thought maybe goat cheese and feta would do. Meh. Luckily, I had some tzatziki sauce and ended up dipping the very dry flatbread into it.

Looks good. I wonder if anyone has ever tried that with salmon.

You've got a year's worth of tuna on your hands

Its easy to use and I enjoy the taste. Good stuff. Any issue I had with my supper had to do with the flatbread and dryness.
