Go for it! - The thing is I am to the point, I really enjoy the options keto offers. Not sure when I will move away from it. Maybe never.

I did it 2 years ago and fell off the wagon. I eat low carb most of the time, but during Covid, I put on 25 lbs.

It’s time to get it off. I really love the food I eat. I also do miss beer and poboys

honestly not sure I could have gone wrong.

Mr. Giovanni couldn’t quit complementing how handsome my SSjr is. Sent over a complimentary flan even though jr isn’t ready for sweets at 9 months
