Smoked sous vide fried ribs and steamed corn.
Had some ribs in the freezer that I already smoked at 150 for 2 hrs, then sous vide for 24hrs. Tonight I just thawed, battered, and gave them the oil treatment. Egg wash with just milk and egg wash makes the batter stick better. Cornstarch in the flour makes it crispier.
Bones clean clean. Happy Father’s Day fathers
