I was actually pretty sweet. Almost Monjunis sweet.
Tasted great, but I like a sweet sauce. It was really good with Angel hair.
The eggplant parm was decent — but very eggplant and cheese heavy vs saucy.

Thanks. I’m not a big fan of sweet, but I can vary with the taste.
