Thanks Paul. I always like fish, and I love capers. I would eat them on a fish stick.

So I just finished harvesting a corn crop that was as good as we have ever had until high winds put it on the ground. Started out looking like this.



Ended up looking like this.



After dealing with that for 3 weeks a friend dropped by some fresh shrimp and tuna. So I decided to smoke the tuna and make a dip and fry up the half the shrimp and make a garlic butter sauce for the other half. Got distracted and let the shrimp go a little long in the oil. But it wasn’t too bad.















Smoked Tuna dip with garlic butter shrimp and Asian salad.
