Take out from Long Chim in Nola. Papaya salad, sticky rice, pork and shrimp dumplings, chicken satay and two curries. I had tried them when they had a stall at Auction House but it was even better than I remembered. The papaya salad was the best I've had in years.

The Lovely and Talented Mrs. Lammo prepared a yummy lobster and vegetable (pea pods, carrot, red bell pepper, onion, celery, mushroom) stir-fry in spicy garlic sauce, served over rice.
