My birthday today. Cooked a little spaghetti jambalaya cause my wife likes it. :) Gonna serve it with some corn, slaw and rolls. Sitting under the carport, sipping a little Jack, listening to old country music and enjoying this brief respite from the heat.

Fusion leftover night.
Red beans and sausage from the freezer served over biryani, with naan on the side (leftover from a lunch from Swagat, saw these while getting the leftover vegs from the fridge).
Leftover Brussel sprouts, eggplant and green beans from various weekend dinners.
