Dickeys BBQ. Better than usual today. The brisket was actually decent.

Chef salad for the wife. Boiled shrimp salad for me. Both from Lee’s in Hammond. :)

I’d eat that even if I wasn’t sick.

I’m on a mission to master the roast beef poboy. So tonight I made a version I found online which was the Louisiana Cookin’ Recipe. Not a fan.
Steamed broccoli
Italian salad

If you have a top notch roast beef po boy recipe please post.

I was very puny today. I had Lipton Chicken Noodle Soup from the box and crackers. I did add some fresh chopped parsley, but nothing like what you did!!!

If I'd have had some boxed or canned soup, I would've eaten it. I didn't really do any cooking, other than sauteeing a handful of pre-cut trinity (Guidry's) and a package of sliced mushrooms. I had leftover rotisserie chicken, boxed chicken stock, and some cream in the fridge. Voila! Soup. I wish I'd had some fresh herbs of some kind.
