Stuffed a chicken breast with a mixture of cream cheese, krab, Tonys, and shredded Mexi-blend. Covered in breadcrumbs and baked.

Had with half a sweet potato and some broccoli.

Man that looks great. But why the paper plate? A dish like that needs a nice china bowl or plate.

Because I’m lazy and it’s just the wife and I eating. If I was entertaining I might serve it on something nicer......maybe.
