I like garlic. I had a container of peeled garlic I needed to do something with. I found this recipe for melted garlic. Why not

I made hot tamales using Alton brown’s recipe from good eats. Pretty damn good
I used the instant pot to cook down the meat and used pork butt and brisket, then back in there after rolling to steam so it didn’t take very long at all
