Keeping it simple tonight. Made griddle burgers after I took a little while to clean up the black stone. I don’t use it during the summer because it gets too hot for me outside but it does heavy lifting for me during the fall/winter/spring.

At work because I'm the Friday night manager. Got an arepa from the Venezualan place we have in the back.
Tonight I went with the Domino, which is black beans and mozzarella...I added avocado and pico de gallo and it's topped with basil sauce.
Having a Double IPA to wash it down.

I have a pork loin stuffed with some sausage that I made a rice and gravy with. I've got some smothered cabbage with the third link of sausage in the pack. I've got some corn on the cob and I've got some yeast rolls I'm about to pop in the oven.
When I got home this afternoon, I threw some thin mint Oreos in the food processor to crush up real good and tossed them into some vanilla ice cream I spun up this afternoon.
I also have a red velvet cake from nothing bundt cakes that I picked up this afternoon.
Who's hungry?
