I am going to be making upside down pizza for the kiddos. We will see how it turns out as I have never tried it before. It doesn’t sound complicated.

That place is a top three restaurant in Baton Rouge. Tell me I’m wrong.

I can't. I've been twice and tried nine dishes. Every single one is fantastic. Went to French Market Bistro last weekend and Umami is so much better.

That was the rest of lunch. That guy really understands textures and flavors, IMO.

I came down with a hell of a summer cold last night, so I informed the powers that be that tonight, I was just having Tom Yum delivered and they could bite my shiny metal arse if they thought they were getting any of it.

I did get to churn my mint chocolate chip ice cream, though, so after my soothing soup, I'm gonna have some of that and then a shot of whiskey and some Theraflu right before bed.

Burgers, fresh zucchini from my dad’s garden, and roasted sweet potato fries. We’re headed to Destin tomorrow, so life is good!

First attempt at ramen. Cheap broth, not homemade for 16 hours. But overall came out great.
