I had a 5.5 lb turkey breast to cook today so I seasoned it with dry rub and put it on the Traeger to roast. About the last 15 minutes I added a sweet/heat pepper glaze.

This turkey breast came out fantastic! Tender and juicy with a spicy kick.

I made some mashed potatoes and opened a can of petite peas and it was a pretty darn good meal!!!

A great way to use your zucchini

My wife has been making this lately with the zucchini coming out of my garden. Can get burrata at Rouses or Whole Foods and a good thick slice of sourdough.

Cajun butter baked salmon and steelhead trout.
Italian Green beans in roasted garlic butter and bacon grease.
Salad with fresh homemade ranch and garden cucumber.

Even the picky kids ate what I cooked tonight.

Can buy decent bread for bruschetta (not a baker) and decent cheese I think.
