Just dropped some spareribs and a pound of butter beans in the pressure cooker with some onion and a little bacon. Story at 6.

Build your own taco salad bar with cool ranch Doritos instead of taco bowl.

Made a quick sweet potato hash with bacon, onions, bell pepper, mushrooms, garlic, kale, and...sweet potatoes.

Seasoned with plenty of salt, pepper, Tony’s, and Worchestishire sauce.

Placed three over-easy eggs on top and it was delicious.

It was okay. It all cooked tender, and the beans had a good flavor. Needs work. Too much fat/grease cooked out. Of my kitchen failures, this one tasted good, it just wasn't eye pleasing.

Did you pull them out and put them in the oven? I take them out of the IP, get the oven preheated to 450, brush BBQ all over and put into oven for 15 minutes.

I was shooting for a homestyle smothered dish. It came out to greasy.
I like your idea for ribs. I'll try that next time. Thanks.
