Taco truck in the neighborhood tonight. Carnitas, and Barbacoa with street corn and potatoes.

Fried shrimp, fried pickles, fried potatoes and fried onion. Coleslaw too.

Was delicious!

Otis

On Saturday, we took the journey over to have Holy Cows and Onion Rings, based on your post from Friday night. Had never been there, but will go back. Classy place and the burgers were good. Perhaps PoBoys next time. Billy remembered you and your group from the previous night.

Did he play the saw for you? We got the full treatment, including a passing train. Perhaps I am easily entertained but I is what I is.

I think the wife liked it too.

Okay, now that I've eaten dinner at a reasonable time, I can relate to you what I ate.

Red beans and rice. Wife made it. It’s either too watery or too thick. This was like paste!!!!. Let’s see what happens next week.

cj I was not wearing my glasses when I hit your post and I thought it said Iguana. Took me back quite a few years.
