Ham, green beans with pecans (my new favorite thing), Caprese salad with less than stellar tomatoes. Last night's tomato was much better.

Costco rotisserie chicken, mashed potatoes and green peas with small onions and mushrooms. That chicken is addictive!

Pork tenderloin, grilled green tomatoes, broccoli, sauce made from peaches and caramelized onions. Pretty good “what do we have in the fridge” sauce.

Just cut into one from my parents’ garden and had to get a pic. I don’t think ive ever had such a red one.
